In the Mail , Manchester United will pay up £15million to Ighalo’s parent club Shanghai Greenland Shenhua to make the move permanent.
Shanghai is willing to let Ighalo leave provided that their price is met.
The former Watford striker was playing in the Chinese Super League since 2017 before Manchester United came profession to offer him his dream move.

Ighalo had been drafted in as back-up to Anthony Martial, but has since then proven his value with four goals in three starts.
Ighalo has refused to comment on his contract condition amid the current coronavirus disaster, but there is little doubt he would be eager to remain at his boyhood club.
