How To Make Delicious Soft Tofu Coconut Cream


- 1 packet of young tofu
- 625ml coconut milk
- 300g granulated sugar
- 60g brown sugar
- a little salt
- 235g grated coconut
- 3ml vanilla
- 1 lemon
- Fruit as you like


Step 1: You get a blender and then add tofu, coconut milk, a little salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to puree.
Step 2: Add the grated coconut and grind it one more time.
Step 3: Pour the mixture on the box, sprinkle more coconut grated on top. Then close the lid and put in the freezer compartment for about 4-5 hours until the ice cream freezes.
Step 4: Coconut tofu ice cream you can eat with fruits like strawberries, pineapple, mango or other fruits you like. You just cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with brown sugar.
Step 5: You put the fruit into a cup and scoop the cream on top. Squeeze a little lemon juice and sprinkle a little lemon zest on top, so you have a cup of coconut cream tofu so smooth and delicious!
