Man United Now Want Odion Ighalo To Stay Till December After Negotiating 6 Months Loan Extension
According to news reports
the Manchester United FC of England have just concluded a dying minute negotiations
with Shanghai Shenhua, Chinese Club to extend the loan for Nigerian striker,
Odion Ighalo.
The Nigerian striker had
arrived at the ManU FC on the last day of January transfer window in a deal
that was supposed to last till May 31st, and with all football games
postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to reports he is
now with the league and getting ready to resume next month, according to
reports in England the club executive chairman Ed Woodward is engaged in a
desperate talk with the Shanghai Shenhua club hoping to form a deal to keep
Ighalo at Old Trafford till December.
From the recent reports the
Shanghai Shenhua club are very much interested in negotiating a new contract
with the Manchester United FC after being paid £3m for the initial loan deal
and according to reports the new deal is to last till the end of the current
campaign.
