Making plans to send the
astronaut to the moon, NASA entrusted the manned space flight program to Kathy
Lueders.
The U.S. National

"Kathy successfully managed both the Commercial Crew and the Commercial Cargo programs. She is the best person to manage the manned flight program in 2024 as she prepares to send the astronaut to the Moon."
NASA President Jim
Bridenstine said.
Lueders, who joined NASA
in 1992 , launched the Falcon 9 rocket, which was launched from
SpaceX's Space Dragon on May 30, from Kennedy Space Base in Florida, and NASA
