Disneyland closes its theme park in Hong Kong again due to the outbreak


The Disneyland headquarters in Hong Kong will close its doors, temporarily, this Wednesday, July 15 , after receiving a request from "the Government and the health authorities as a result of the preventive efforts being carried out ”To control regrowth.

In a note published on its website, a spokesperson for the theme park explained that the hotels within the leisure complex will remain open, although complying with security regulations "such as the safety distance or more frequent cleaning."

The number of diners that can be seated at the same table in a restaurant will also be limited to four people, and in the evenings (between 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day) you will not be able to dine there: they can only serve takeout food.

They will also close again - initially for seven days, after which the situation will be reviewed - bars, nightlife establishments, karaokes and arcades, among others, and will be required to wear a mask on public transport.

The latest figures from the Hong Kong health authorities indicate that, to date, 1,522 positives for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus have been registered in Hong Kong (55 of them this Monday), among which at least 8 succumbed to COVID-19.
