Queen Elizabeth's Participates In Virtual Openning Of New Oil Painting
The Queen of England
attended the virtual opening of the oil painting with her portrait.
The British Foreign
Ministry made Queen Elizabeth's oil painting to honor her for her contributions
to diplomacy.
Queen Elizabeth, who
participated in the virtual opening of the painting, jokingly asked why
there was no tea in the picture. Miriam Escofet, who made the painting, had
met twice with Queen Elizabeth for the oil painting.
Escofet, who prepared the
sketches of the painting during the openning, said;
“She reacted very positively. She was smiling, asked how long the painting would take and whether I had other projects.”
