US President Donald Trump To Build National Park For American Heroes

US President Donald Trump, in his speech on Independence Day, mentioned the sculptural attacks across the country and announced that a national park will be built to protect and keeping sculptures of American heroes.

In the protests that had started after the murder of George Floyd in the USA, sculptures belonging to racist and colonial masters were destroyed or removed from their place by the authorities.

US President, Donald Trump condemned those who attacked the sculptures during his Independence Day speech at Mount Rushmore Memorial in South Dakota.

Arguing that confederation symbols are part of American history, Trump said:
"The left cultural revolution is designed to eliminate the American Revolution. They are teaching our children to hate their country in schools. They try to silence us, but we will never be silent."
President Trump announced that a national park with the sculptures of American heroes with the theme "Our great national story" will be established, "It will be an endless American Heroes National Park, where the greatest Americans who ever lived will be located."

Trump stated that the task force set up for the park will present the building plan to him in 60 days.

On the other hand, while the national park to be established is planned to be opened on July 4, 2026, many historical names such as Kristof Kolomb, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ronald Reagan, Douglas MacArthur, George Patton, Harriet Tubman, Martin Luther King, Junipero Serra, Marquis de Lafayette are expected to have statues.
