Hurricane Isaias Reaches North Carolina
Floods and strong winds
were warned in states on the northeastern part of the US, while
"emergency" was declared in North Carolina and New Jersey due to
hurricane.
Isaias hurricanes which formed
in the Atlantic Ocean, has reached the US’s North Carolina coastal
province.
The Category 1 hurricane Isaias
was stranded in the Ocean Isle Beach region south of North Carolina state at
about 23:30 local time.
In the hours when the
hurricane approached the land, heavy rain and winds were effective in the
coastal areas of North Carolina and South Carolina states. Due to the
hurricane, which speeds up to 135 kilometers per hour, flooding and
strong wind warnings were given in states on the northeastern
side of the USA, primarily in Virginia and Maryland.
It was
also declared "emergency" in North Carolina and New
Jersey due to hurricane.
