President Donald Trump's Brother Dies At 71 Of Unknown Pathology
Mr. Robert Trump, brother
of US President Donald Trump, passed away at the age of 71 on August 15 at the
hospital. He died due to serious illness, but the White House did not
publish information about the disease Robert had.
According to Reuters,
Robert Trump passed away on the evening of August 15, a day after President
Donald Trump visited his brother at Presbyterian Hospital New York in New
York City.
"With a heavy heart, I want to share that my wonderful brother, Robert, passed away in peace tonight. Robert is not only my brother, he is also my best friend. I will miss him so much, but we will see each other soon. The memory of my brother will live forever in my heart. Robert, I love you. Rest on."
President Trump said in a
statement today. August 15.
On August 14, the
White House confirmed President Trump's brother was hospitalized. Mr.
Robert Trump's health has declined for months and is believed to be seriously
ill. Before that, he was hospitalized in June.
Speaking the same day, Mr.
Trump expressed his feelings during a press conference at the White House:
"I have a great younger brother. We have had a great relationship for a long time, from day one of birth, a long time ago. He's in the hospital right now and hopes are he'll be fine. "
Two days ago, ABC News described
Robert Trump's condition as very weak, but did not give any other
information. Earlier this year, Mr. Robert Trump was also hospitalized in
serious condition.
Mr. Robert Trump used to be
a former senior executive at the Trump Organization. He is one of the four
siblings of the US president.
