account.
Willian, whose contract
with Chelsea expired, announced his departure from the team.

“It's time to leave. I will miss my teammates, every single employee at the club who treated me like a son, and the fans. I leave my head high and I have gained a lot here, I gave my best form with this jersey. God bless you."
Willian also said:
"Seven wonderful years. When I received an offer from Chelsea in August 2013 , I believed this was where I had to play, and today I'm sure this was the best of my decisions."
The 32-year-old Brazilian
player is expected to sign for Arsenal in a short time.
Willian, who has reached a
3-year agreement with Arsenal, will be one of the important trump cards in the
hands of manager Mikel Arteta in the new season, and the winger, who played 339
games in 2013, scored 63 goals and achieved 62 assists.
