#EndSARS: Nigerian Army Disbands Lawful Group, Pulls Out Of Lagos Legal Board Researching Lekki Tollgate Shooting
The Nigerian Army has disbanded its legitimate group and
furthermore pulled out of analytical hearing of the Lagos State Judicial Panel
exploring the shooting of #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Tollgate on October 20,
2020.
Making the declaration on Saturday January 30 after more
confirmations sponsored cases of Nigerian troopers shooting tranquil
nonconformists at the tollgate, an individual from the military direction, S.N.
Agwhe told the Panel of Akinlolu Kehinde, head of the military legitimate group
presenting a reminder about the disbandment.
Agwhe said;
"We don't have any further command to address the military in any ensuing procedures."
The board executive Doris Okuwobi who remarked on the improvement cautioned the Nigerian armed force that they can't guarantee disavowal of reasonable hearing when the board presents its discoveries to the public authority.
